Common Questions
How does this compare with other ebook creators?
1) No other ebook tool allows you to import content from any source like we do.
2) You don’t need WordPress, in fact it works on most websites e.g. Squarespace, Shopify, Hubspot blog. All you need it the URL of the actual post.
3) We also provide unlimited styling possibilities. You are not forced into any structure or template.
4) We cover all the publishing formats. (PDF, ePub, Mobi (Kindle), HTML
Are my files secure?
Yes - your data is stored on secure servers behind SSL encryption and secure logins.
4 Hours isn't enough - What if I want more?
You can add extra hours to your account as needed or a regular monthly bolt-on. For example: An extra 2 hours is $47 (39c per minute)
How long does it take to transcribe a video or audio file?
The transcription time is approximately 1/10th of the length of the recording plus 1 minute.
You should also add on the time it takes to upload your file, which is dependent on your local internet connection..
I don't understand the 4 hours transcription time per month?
For example: 4 Hours allows you to transcribe 4x 1 hour video/audio files or 8x 30 minute files etc. Transcriptions are charged per minute.
What if I don't like it?
You cancel at anytime during the first 7 days and there will be no charge, or you can downgrade to a standard or professional plan.
I've just added PRO previously - What is the new price?
This plan overrides your previous add-on, so the PRO upgrade will be cancelled. (You will still pay the initial Platform fee of $27)
I don't need an ebook / flipbook - I only want a transcript?
No problem. The transcript can be downloaded in raw text format ready for MS Word or your favourite editor.
